ALL ORDERS OVER £50 COME WITH FREE UK DELIVERY!

All order received before 2pm are dispatched same day. All deliveries take place between 7.30am and 6pm Monday – Friday. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. Next Working Day Delivery orders must be placed before 2pm. We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.

Exchanges & Refunds

At The Vines we will do everything that we can to ensure your purchase is the right one for you. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your order we are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

Returns must be unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (unless faulty).
