Free Exchanges & Refunds

At TVSC we will do everything that we can to ensure your purchase is the right one for you. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your order we are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt, free of charge.

Contact us at returns@TVSC.co if you wish to organise a free return and we will provide you with a printable label which can be added to your package. This can then be dropped at your local Post Office or MyHermes drop-off point (dependent on item) to be returned to us. This excludes surfboards, wheeled board bags & snowboards which can only be returned free of charge if faulty. For any other reasons, the buyer must cover postage returns costs.

Returns must be unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (unless faulty).

Please also provide proof of purchase, for example a delivery note or paper copy of a confirmation email.

REMEMBER - ALL ORDERS OVER £22 COME WITH FREE UK DELIVERY!

All deliveries take place between 7.30am and 6pm Monday – Friday. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. Next Working Day Delivery orders must be placed before 2pm. We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
